恶劣条件下汽车发动机配气机构环境适应性模型分析 预览

摘要 为了提高恶劣条件下汽车发动机配气机构受到载荷转移机构的动力学扰动影响导致环境适应性不好,提出一种基于机电传动系统疲劳载荷模糊控制的汽车发动机配气机构环境适应性模型,构建恶劣条件下汽车发动机配气机构传动学控制模型,根据电动机与传动系统的弹性轴连耦合性进行发动机机电系统的耦合模型设计,建立阻尼控制器作为配气机构环境适应性控制的被控对象模型,在给定电磁转矩的基础上进行机电传动系统疲劳载荷模糊控制,实现发动机配气机构传动系统机电耦合动力控制,提高发动机的环境适应性。仿真结果表明,该模型能有效提高恶劣条件下汽车发动机配气机构环境适应性,对传动系统动载荷的抑制效果较好,输出增益较高。 In order to improve the environmental adaptability of valve train of automobile engine caused by dynamic disturbance of load transfer mechanism under bad conditions, an environment adaptive model of automobile engine valve train mechanism is proposed based on fuzzy control of fatigue load of electromechanical transmission system, and a driving control model of engine valve train mechanism under bad conditions is constructed. According to the coupling between motor and transmission system, the coupling model of engine electromechanical system is designed. Based on the given electromagnetic torque, fuzzy control of the fatigue load of the electromechanical transmission system is carried out to realize the electromechanical coupling dynamic control of the transmission system of the engine valve distribution mechanism, which improves the environmental applicability of the engine. The simulation results show that the model can effectively improve the environmental adaptability of the vehicle engine valve train under the bad conditions, and the dynamic load suppression effect of the transmission system is better, and the output gain is higher.
