基于三维激光扫描技术的输电线路无人机巡检方法分析 预览

摘要 通过分析国内输电线路无人机巡检现状,结合目前无人机巡检输电线路存在的问题,提出基于三维激光扫描技术的输电线路无人机巡检方法。该方法通过应用激光系统、GPS、空中测量平台、IMU/INS及数码相机等技术,对杆塔进行全方位立体扫描,经地面站系统精确指令,能够快速有效地开展巡检工作。该方法应用于线路故障巡视,可克服人力巡检查找故障困难等问题,保障了输电线路的安全运行。 On the basis of analyzing the domestic development and current situation of UAV inspection on transmission line, a UAV inspection method for transmission line based on 3D laser scanning system was proposed, combined with the current UAV inspection method and its disadvantages, which used laser system, GPS, aerial measurement platform, IMU/INS and digital camera to scan the pole tower in all directions. Then the ground station operates instructions accurately through the system. A fast and effective method for UAV inspection in transmission line was realized. Meanwhile, the research, which overcomed the difficulties by manual inspection to find fault points and fault causes, could be applied to line fault inspection to ensure the safe operation of transmission line.
