复杂风场下车头形状对高铁机车气动力的影响 预览

Influence of nose shape on aerodynamic force of High-speed railway train in complex wind field

摘要 为研究高铁车体在复杂风场条件下的侧风效应问题,以计算流体动力学(CFD)的数值计算为研究手段,研究车体气动力特性及参数敏感性,系统考察车体气动力随风攻角变化的规律,据此分析列车行驶时的力学性能。通过对比不同高宽比和长宽比车头形状的空气动力学特性,得到合理的车头形状为铁路机车安全运行提供理论和技术支持。根据模拟分析结果表明:车头形状设计为高2.6m、顶部长0.46m、底部长3.0m时,空气动力学特性(气动升力系数、侧向升力系数、倾覆力矩系数)同时取得较为理想的结果,更容易满足列车安全性能要求。 In order to study the cross-wind effect of High-speed railway train under complex wind field conditions,based on the numerical Computational Fluid Dynamics( CFD) calculation method,the aerodynamic characteristics and parameter sensitivity of the train are studied. The law of the aerodynamic force of the train is investigated systematically and the mechanical properties are analyzed. By comparing the aerodynamic characteristics of different length-width ratio and aspect ratio of train nose shape,the reasonable shape is obtained to provide theoretical and technical support for the security of service of High-speed railway train. According to the simulation results,it is shown that the aerodynamic characteristics( aerodynamic lift coefficient,lateral lift coefficient and overturning moment coefficient) are better when the nose shape is designed as 2. 6 m high,0. 46 m long at top and 3. 0 m long at bottom,which is easier to meet the requirements of security of service of High-speed railway train.
