220kV断路器机构合后即分故障原因分析 预览

摘要 广西网区在运的220kVLTB245E1型断路器发生多次合后即分故障,对设备安全稳定运行造成了重大威胁,有必要对故障原因进行深入分析。通过现场试验及设备厂内试验,论证了分合闸速度不合格是造成LTB245E1型断路器合后即分故障的主要原因,并提出了解决措施。针对断路器传统周期性试验项目无法及时发现机构潜在缺陷,导致出现分合线圈烧毁、分合闸速度不合格等问题,提出了将分合闸回路电流测试和分合闸速度测试列入断路器周期性试验项目的建议。 The instant opening after closing fault has happened several times in 220 kV LTB245E1 type circuit breakers in Guangxi power grid, which seriously threatens the secure and stable operation of devices. It is necessary to deeply analyze the reason of the faults. By field tests and device tests inside factory, it is argued that the unqualified opening and closing speed is the main reason of the instant opening after closing fault of the 220 kV LTB245E1 type circuit breaker. Measures to solve the problem are proposed. Aimed at the fact that potential defects cannot be found in time by the conventional periodic test items of circuit breaker, which caused problems such as the burning of opening and closing coils and the unqualified opening and closing speed and so on, suggestion that the current test of the opening and closing circuits and the test of opening and closing speeds be included in the periodic test items of circuit breakers is proposed.
