基于Sierpinski地毯模型的流线弯曲度数值计算 预览

摘要 为了研究固定床反应器中的流线弯曲度,通过构建理想流线的几何关系,提出了一种计算低雷诺数下流体流过多孔介质时流线弯曲度的数学模型,通过改变Sierpinski地毯中固体基质的几何形状得到了弯曲度与孔隙率之间的关系式。结果表明:流线的弯曲度在固体基质的几何形状为正八边形时出现最大值,随着边数继续增加呈现出递减的趋势,但流线的路径长度、以及偏移程度变化并不大;几何形状不变,分形次数增加,弯曲度随之增加;将数值模拟得到流线弯曲度的变化规律同模型计算结果进行对比,验证了模型的可靠性,为固定床反应器的结构设计提供理论基础。 In order to study the tortuosity of the streamline in fixed-bed reactors,a mathematical model for calculating the tortuosity of the streamline was proposed when the fluid flows through a porous medium under the condition of low Reynolds number by constructing the geometrical relationship of the idealized streamline.Through changing the geometrical shape of the solid unit in the Sierpinski carpet,the relationship between the tortuosity and the porosity were obtained.The results show that the maximum tortuosity of the streamline appears when the solid unit is regular octagonal geometry,showing a decreasing trend as the number of edges continues to increase,however,the length of and the offset of the streamline do not change too much;when the geometrical shape does not change,the tortuosity increases with the number of fractals;the change rules of the tortuosity obtained by numerical simulation is compared with the calculation results of model,then the reliability of the model is verified,providing a theoretical basis for structural design of fixed-bed reactors.
