Objective To investigate the effects of Lankefuning on skin function and DLQI in patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis (FCAD). Methods 86 cases of FCAD patients admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to December 2017.According to the random number table method, 43 cases were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment, and the observation group was treated with lancoprinine. Both groups had four weeks of treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared, and the changes of water content in the stratum corneum before and after treatment were analyzed. The influence of FCAD on daily life was analyzed by the dermatological quality of life index scale, and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, higher than the control group's 81.39%.The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).After treatment, the water content in the stratum corneum of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).After treatment, the score of symptom feeling, recreational activity, personal activity and total score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the observation group, and 1 case in the control group. The comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion Lankefuning can improve the skin function of patients with FCAD and alleviate the adverse effects of the disease on their daily life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
