Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging in subtle and occult fractures. Methods Convenient select a total of 166 patients with subtle and occult fractures who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study. Multi-slice spiral CT, magnetic resonance imaging, and X-ray films were used to examine the total detection. The number and positive detection rate were used to analyze the advantages of multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of subtle and occult fractures. Results In the multi-slice spiral CT test, a total of 166 patients were detected in 137 cases, the positive detection rate was 82.53%;in the MRI test, a total of 156 patients were detected, the positive detection rate was 93.98%;During the examination of X-ray film, a total of 122 patients were detected, and the positive detection rate was 73.49%. There were significant differences in the data of the three groups, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray films, MRI has a significantly higher positive detection rate in subtle and occult fractures, and has a high development rate, which can provide more accurate clinical data reference for the treatment for patients with this disease, which is worth promoting.
