建筑物下地铁车站横向扩挖数值模拟分析 预览

Numerical simulation and analysis of transverse profile excavation of subway station under buildings

摘要 以成都地铁7号线火车北站在既有建筑物下横向扩挖工程为背景,采用弹塑性有限元模型对横向扩挖施工过程进行数值模拟,分析该扩挖工程不同扩挖宽度、不同车站层数施工时引起的地表沉降、建筑物基础沉降和掌子面水平位移的规律,以及扩挖前超前大管棚的加固效果。研究结果表明,各工况所产生的地表沉降、基础沉降与相对沉降、掌子面水平位移均较小,满足施工要求和不同的施工情况。 Based on the transverse profile excavation under existing buildings of North Railway Station on Chengdu metro line 7,an elastic-plastic finite element model is used to simulate the construction process of transverse profile excavation.This paper analyzes the patterns of surface subsidence,building foundation subsidence and horizontal displacement of excavat ion workface caused by different excavation widths and layers of stations,as well as strengthening effect of piping before excavation.The results show that the surface subsidence,foundation subsidence and relative subsidence,and the horizontal displacement of the workface are small,which meets the construction requirements and different construction conditions.
