碳钢在石化循环水中流动腐蚀试验研究 认领

Experimental Study on Flow-induced Corrosion of Carbon Steel in Petrochemical Circulating Water

摘要 采用旋转圆柱电极法测试了20号碳钢在循环水中不同流速下的极化曲线和腐蚀质量损失曲线,分析了不同流动速度(0.3,0.5,0.8,1m/s)对其腐蚀行为的影响及相关机理。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察分析了试片表面腐蚀形貌。试验结果表明:循环水流速对碳钢在循环水中的腐蚀行为有重要影响,循环水流速0.5m/s是该体系下20号碳钢腐蚀速率的突变点。 Polarization curve and corrosion mass loss curve of carbon steel No. 20 in circulating water were tested by rotating cylindrical electrode method at different flow velocities. Influences of corrosion behavior and related mechanisms were analyzed under different flow velocities( 0. 3,0. 5,0. 8,1. 0 m/s). Corrosion morphology of specimen surface was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results showed that flow velocity of circulating water played an important role for corrosion behavior of carbon steel,flow velocity of 0. 5 m/s marked the sudden change point of corrosion rate for carbon steel No. 20 under this system.
