目的分析移动微课堂结合TBL 教学法在重症医学临床见习课中的应用效果。方法从2015 年2 月—2018 年1 月我院校麻醉本科学生中抽取106 名,数表法随机分成两组:52 名对照组实施TBL 教学法,54 名观察组实施移动微课堂结合TBL 教学法,统计两组的教学结果。结果观察组学生对师生答疑、资料投放、问卷调查、综合考核、答题测试方式的支持度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论重症医学临床见习课中实施移动微课堂结合TBL 教学法,能激发学生的学习兴趣,拉近师生距离,提高教学质量,值得学习和使用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of mobile microclass combined with TBL teaching method in clinical probation course of critical medicine. Methods 106 anesthesia undergraduates were selected from February 2015 to January 2018 and randomly divided into two groups:52 undergraduates in control group was given TBL teaching method, 54 undergraduates in observation group was given mobile micro-classroom combined with TBL teaching method, and the teaching results of the two groups were counted. Results The support degree of the students in the observation group to teachers and students'questions, data delivery, questionnaire survey, comprehensive assessment and test methods was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of mobile microclassroom combined with TBL teaching method in clinical probation course of critical medicine can stimulate students'interest in learning, shorten the distance between teachers and students, and improve the quality of teaching.
