金家渠煤矿排水体系构建及净化处理工艺应用

摘要 金家渠煤矿水文赋存条件复杂,矿井正常涌水量590m^3/h,最大涌水量725.76m^3/h,文章在水文勘查基础上,通过对矿井充水方式、涌水量的构成及大小进行科学分析,合理确定了矿井主排水系统及设备、+690m水平辅助排水系统及设备、13采区集中排水巷的立体式排水系统;矿井最大排水能力1038m^3/h,排水系统整体满足矿井安全生产需要;根据矿井涌水量的大小,在地面建造矿井水处理系统,矿井水处理能力达到1200m^3/h,深度处理规模达到100m^3/h,日处理量1680m^3/d,指标均可控,COD控制在2.2mg/L~12.83mg/L,氨氮控制在0.9mg/L~1mg/L,悬浮物控制在2.4mg/L~9.54NTU,达到矿井水排放水质标准。 Jinjiaqu coal mine has complex hydrology occurrence condition,with 590m^3 / h normal water inflow and 725. 76 m^3 / h maximum water inflow. On the basis of hydrological survey, through the scientific analysis of the way of mine water filling,the composition and size of water inflow,this paper reasonablly main drainage system and equipment of mine,+690m level anxiliary drainage systems and equipment, determines vertical drainage system of concentrated drainage roadway in No. 13 mining area;The maximum drainage capacity of the mine is 1038m^3 / h, and the overall drainage system meets the requirements of mine safety production. According to the size of mine inflow, the mine water treatment system is built on the ground, the mine water treatment capacity is up to 1200m^3 / h, the depth treatment scale is up to 100m^3 / h, the daily treatment capacity is up to 1680m^3 / d, the indicators are all controllable, COD is controlled at 2. 2mg/ L~12. 83mg/ L, ammonia nitrogen is controlled at 0. 9 mg/ L~1 mg/ L,suspended matter is controlled at 2.4 mg/ L~9.54NTU, which is up to the water quality standard of the mine water discharge.
