隧道火灾后衬砌混凝土抗压强度的超声检测 预览

摘要 为快速、准确、无损地判断火灾对隧道衬砌结构混凝土的烧损程度,基于超声法对在200~800℃范围内恒温2、3、4 h后混凝土试块的声学参数、剩余抗压强度进行试验研究,分析声时、幅值、声速的变化,验证超声回弹综合法对于混凝土强度测试的适用性。结果表明:200~800℃范围内,随受火温度升高,声时增加,幅值、声速下降,衬砌混凝土声速随温度变化稳定且二者存在较好的线性关系。火灾后隧道衬砌混凝土的剩余抗压强度与声速值、回弹值有较好的相关性,通过最小二乘法拟合得到的测强公式相关系数为0.93,在实际检测中可使用超声回弹综合法确定火灾后衬砌混凝土的剩余抗压强度,判断损伤程度。 In order to judge the degree of fire damage to tunnel lining con Crete quickly, accurately and nond estructively, on the basis of ultrasonic method, an experimental research on the acoustic parameters and residual compressive strength of the tunnel lining concrete test block under temperature of 200?800 °C for 2, 3, 4 h was conducted. The change of duration of sound, amplitude and sound velocity were analyzed lo verify the applicability of the comprehensive method of ultrasonic rebound on concrete strength test.The research showed that within the range of 200?800 %', as the maxi^ mum temperature that the concrete experieneed rises, the duration of sound propagation in creases, the amplitude and the velocity of sound decline.The sound velocity of lining concrete is stable withtemperature, and they have a good linear relationship. There is a good corrclation between residual compressive strength of tunnel lining concrete after fire and the velocity of sound as well as the re* bound value, the correlation coefficient of the strength measure ment formula obtained by least squares fitling is 0.93. The residual compressive streng〔h of the lining concrete after fire can be deter mined by the ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method in the actual inspection, so as to judge the degree of fire damage.
