建立基于多能互补的化工园区能源供应体系浅析(一) 预览

摘要 能源日益短缺和环境保护趋严推动了化工园区科学用能。本文根据我国能源供应形式多样化的形势,结合几个多能互补的化工园区案例,架构基于多能互补的化工园区能源供应模式。在化工园区内建设化工园区能源和环境管理中心。通过综合能源规划,实现面向终端用户的需求侧管理和针对能源供应的多能互补优化。立足区域能源供应和能源消费构建能源利用体系,科学推进分布式能源微电网系统和持续推进化工园区智慧能源供应体系的应用研究。本文还提出了基于多能互补的化工园区能源利用存在的问题,并给出了建议。 The increasing shortage of energy and strict environmental protection policy have promoted the scientific use of energy in chemical industry parks. In this paper, according to the trend of diversification of energy supply forms in China, combined with several cases of multi-energy complementary chemical industry parks, the energy supply mode of chemical industry park based on multi- energy complementary is constructed.The energy and environment management center will be built in the chemical industry park. Through integrated energy planning, end-user-oriented demand-side management and multi-energy complementary optimization for energy supply are realized.Based on regional energy supply and energy consumption, we should scientifically promote the application of distributed energy micro-grid system and intelligent energy supply system in chemical industry park. This paper also puts fonvard the problems of energy utilization in chemical industry parks based on multi-energy complementarity, and gives some suggestions.
