巴旦木壳活性炭的制备及吸附性能 预览

Preparation of almonds shell activated carbon and its adsorption properties

摘要 以巴旦木壳为原料,ZnCl2为活化剂,在马弗炉中600℃烧制50 min制备了巴旦木壳活性炭。探讨了活化剂、吸附温度、吸附时间、染料初始质量浓度及吸附剂用量对孔雀石绿(MG)吸附性能的影响。结果表明,巴旦木壳活性炭吸附效果优于未加入活化剂制备的活性炭。巴旦木壳活性炭对孔雀石绿的吸附为吸热过程,且吸附过程符合Langmuir等温方程(R2=0.978 23),准二级动力学方程(R2=0.986 89)。经正交实验极差和方差分析可知,最佳吸附效果影响因素组合为:染料质量浓度600 mg/L,吸附剂用量0.40g,吸附时间240 min,吸附温度50℃,其中吸附剂用量对吸附效果的影响最显著。 Using almonds shells as raw material and ZnCl2 as activator, the almonds shells activated carbon were prepared by burning almonds shells in muffle furnace at 600 ℃ for 50 min. The effects of activator,adsorption temperature, adsorption time, initial dye concentration and adsorbent dosage on the adsorption performance of malachite green(MG). The results showed that the adsorption effect of almonds shells activated carbon was better than that of activated carbon without activator. The adsorption of almonds shells activated carbon to malachite green was endothermic process, which conformed to Langmuir isothermal equation(R2=0.978 23) and quasi-second-order dynamics equation(R2=0.986 89). The orthogonal experiment range and variance analysis showed that the best combination of factors affecting the adsorption performance were as follows: the initinal dye concentration 600 mg/L, adsorbent dosage 0.40 g, adsorption time 240 min and adsorption temperature 50 ℃. Among them, the amount of adsorbent had the most significant effect on the adsorption performance.
