Objective To explore the sensitivity, specificity and risk factors of pressure ulcer of Braden evaluation scale in patients with middle and late stage tumor. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to assess the risk of pressure ulcer by using Braden evaluation scale in 350 patients with pressure ulcers who were hospitalized from October 2016 to October 2017. Results When using Braden rating scale, its critical value was 16 points, and its sensitivity and specificity had good prediction effect, and its youden index was the best. Age, serum albumin, mental consciousness, pain, moderate and severe edema were associated with pressure sores. Conclusion Braden evaluation scale could be used to evaluate patients with advanced tumors with good sensitivity and specificity. Combined with the risk factors of pressure ulcers, targeted nursing measures can be taken as early as possible to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients with advanced tumors.
