气动台翼型测压实验及其数值仿真应用 预览

摘要 以小型立式低速气动综合实验台为教学平台,以NACA64A-005翼型为开放实验对象,开展表面测压模型设计与制作实践,翼型弦长200mm。在攻角±20o变化范围内,进行模型表面气流压强分布测量,实验段进口气流特征雷诺数2.0×105。应用FLUENT分析软件,数值仿真模型实验空间定常时均湍流流场和气动力随攻角变化特性。通过模型的制作与实验并结合数值仿真使学生更加牢固地掌握气动基础有关实验原理和概念,进一步训练和增强综合实践和创新能力。 Taking the small vertical and low speed aerodynamic experiment platform as the teaching platform and taking the NACA64A-005 airfoil as the open experiment object, the design and production practice of the surface pressure measurement model are carried out, and the string length of the airfoil is 200 mm. The airflow pressure distribution on the model surface was measured within the range of attack angle of ±20°. The characteristic Reynolds number of the inlet air was 2×105. FLUENT software is used to simulate the steady and uniform turbulent flow field and aerodynamic force variation with theattack angle. Through the combination of model making, experiment and numerical simulation, the students can grasp the principles and concepts of aerodynamic experiments more firmly, further train and enhance the creative ability of practice.
