三全育人视域下高职院校文化育人路径探索 预览

Exploration on the Cultural Education Path of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Three All-round Education

摘要 育人是一项长期复杂的系统工程,需要整合各方资源形成育人合力。文化育人是以文化传播的方式实现以文化人、以文育人,促进学生的全面发展。作为培养技能型人才重要载体的高职院校如何实现文化育人,促进技能型人才的全面发展是当前高职教育研究的重要课题。在全员、全过程、全方位三全育人理念指引下,在对高职院校文化育人构成要素、文化育人必要性以及当前高职院校文化育人存在突出问题进行分析的基础上,提出发挥多主体作用,实现全员文化育人;打通文化育人环节,实现全过程文化育人;拓宽文化育人平台,实现全方位文化育人的高职院校文化育人路径。 Education is a long-term and complex systematic project, which needs to integrate all the resources to form a joint force of education. The goal of cultural education is to realize the literacy and education of people and to promote all-round development of students via cultural communication. It is a hot issue for higher vocational colleges acting as an important carrier of cultivating skilled talents to study how to realize cultural education and boost all-round development of skilled talents in current higher vocational research. Under the guidance of three all-round education concepts of full staff, whole process and all directions, and on the basis of analyzing the elements, the necessity, and the existing problems of cultural education in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward cultural education path of vocational colleges by means of playing multi-subject role to realize cultural education, getting through the link of cultural education to realize the whole process of cultural education and broadening the cultural education platform to achieve all-round cultural education.
