In order to deeply understand the influence of interlayer heterogeneity on waterflood development effect of oilfield, the three dimensional physical model of interlayer heterogeneity was used to carry out laboratory water displacing oil experiment, and study the waterflood effect of displacement pressure difference and exploitation mode on different permeability reservoirs under the combination of high, middle and low permeability layers. The experimental results show that with the increase of displacement pressure difference, the waterflooding sweep effect of middle and low permeability layers becomes more and more obvious, while that of high permeability layer changes little;the increase of displacement pressure difference can effectively start the remaining oil in middle and low permeability layers, and the rational displacement pressure difference has an important effect on the development of highly heterogeneous reservoirs. Different exploitation modes have great influence on recovery factor;when the 3 layers are produced simultaneously, the recovery factor is the lowest;the dominant channel in high permeability layer brings difficulties to the development of middle and low permeability layers, and the recovery factor of separate layer production is the highest;therefore, in real production, it is necessary to take measures like separate layer production to improve the waterflood development effect of middle and low permeability layers. The experimental results effectively guide the adjustment of series of strata and the formulation of stimulation treatment of Kenli A oilfield in the south of the Bohai Sea, meanwhile, the study achievements are of great significance to the plan preparation and development of the future new oilfields.
