义178非常规区块钻井液技术研究与应用 预览

Research and Application of Drilling Fluid Technology About Unconventional Horizontal Well in Yi 178 Block

摘要 为加快义178区块勘探开发进程,提高钻探成功率,解决该区块水平段钻进中井壁稳定、井眼净化、润滑防卡及储层保护的难题,优选了聚胺强抑制润滑防塌钻井液体系,试验表明,该体系抑制性、封堵性及润滑性好,抗盐钙及油层保护能力强。聚胺强抑制润滑防塌钻井液体系在义178区块进行了现场应用,解决了二开长裸眼段井壁稳定,沙河街组油泥岩垮塌、盐膏层缩径卡钻及流变性难于调控的难题;平均机械钻速达到8.98m/h,达到了优质高效钻井的目的。 In order to accelerate the process of exploration and development in Yi 178 Oilfield,improving success rate of drilling well,and slove these down-hole troublesome condition of wellbore stability,hole cleaning,lubrication and anti-caving,and reservoir protection,polyamine drilling fluid with high inhibity, lubrication and anti-caving ability was optimized to aim at formation character and coustruction difficulty. The experiment showed that the drilling fluid had good inhibition property,formation sealing and lubrication property,high anti-salt contamination,anti-calcium contamination and reservoir protection ability. The drilling fluid was applied in Yi 178-X1VF well,and the following down-hole troublesome condition of wellbore stability of long open hole in second interval,caving about clay rock in Shahejie Group,tight hole sticking and difficult to control rheology behavior in gypsum bed was solved. At last,the average ROP was 8. 98 m/h,and the goal of drilling well with high quality and efficiency was achieved.
