晋北地区规模化养殖场畜禽粪便中养分和重金属含量分析 预览

Contents of Nutrients and Heavy Metals in Manure at Intensive Livestock Farms in Northern Region of Shanxi

摘要 为了解畜禽粪便中的养分、重金属含量及分布情况,对山西省北部地区6个不同规模养殖场采集的65份畜禽粪便样品中氮(TN)、磷(P2O 5)、钾(K 2O)以及铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、砷(As)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、汞(Hg)含量进行室内试验分析。结果表明,畜禽粪便中的养分和重金属含量变化范围较大,鸡粪和猪粪中的TN、P2O5含量显著高于牛粪,而牛粪中的K 2O含量显著高于鸡粪。畜禽粪便电导率(EC)为2.64~2.81 mS/cm,pH值为7.82~8.85。Cu、Zn、Cd、Ni、As在猪粪中含量最高,鸡粪次之,牛粪最少,而Pb和Cr在鸡粪中含量最高;3种畜禽粪便中重金属平均含量的分布规律基本呈现出Zn>Cu>Cr>Ni>Pb>As>Cd>Hg的趋势。依照我国《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》进行判断,猪粪中Cu、Zn超标率均为100%,鸡粪中Zn超标率为21.05%,而As、Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni、Hg均未超标;依照《畜禽粪便安全使用准则标准(蔬菜)》进行判断,猪粪中Cu、Zn超标率分别为100%和76.19%;依照《德国腐熟堆肥中部分重金属限量标准》进行判断,猪粪中Cu、Zn超标率均为100%,鸡粪中Cu、Zn超标率分别为31.58%、36.84%。因此,将畜禽粪便用于农业生产之前,必须对其重金属含量进行严格控制。 In order to understand the distribution of nutrients and heavy metals in livestock manure,the contents of nitrogen (TN), phosphorus (P 2O 5),potassium (K 2O),and copper (Cu),zinc (Zn),arsenic (As),lead (Pb),cadmium (Cd),chromium (Cr),nickel (Ni),mercury (Hg) in 65 samples of livestock manures collected from six intensive farms in northern region of Shanxi province were analyzed by laboratory experiments. The results showed that contents of nutrients and heavy metals in these livestock manure samples varied greatly.The contents of TN,P 2O 5 were obviously higher in chicken and swine manures than those in cattle manures,but K 2O content was obviously higher in cattle manures than that in chicken manures. Manure electrical conductivity (EC) varied from 2.64 mS/cm to 2.81 mS/cm and pH varied from 7.82 to 8.85.The contents of Cu,Zn,Cd,Ni, As in manure followed the order: swine manure> chicken manure>cattle manure,but the contents of Pb and Cr were higher in chicken manures. The contents of heavy metal were in the order of Zn>Cu>Cr>Ni>Pb>As>Cd>Hg in manure.According to “Control standards of pollutants in sludge for agricultural use”,both Cu and Zn in swine manure exceeded the rate of 100%,Zn in chicken manure exceeded the rate of 21.05%,and As,Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni,Hg did not exceed the standards.According to “Regulation regarding the safety using of livestock and poultry manure(vegetable)”,Cu and Zn in swine manure exceeded the rates of 100%,76.19% respectively.According to“Heavy metal limit standard for German decomposed composting”,both Cu and Zn in swine manure exceeded the rates of 100%,Cu and Zn in chicken manure exceeded the rates of 31.58% and 36.84%,respectively.Therefore,the heavy metal content must be strictly controlled before the livestock manure is applied to agricultural production.
