Objective To explore the effects of interieukn (IL-6), IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) on the induction of lung cancer induced by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods From April to October 2015, 41 patients with stable COPD and lung cancer admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Hebei Province Geriatrics Hospital were selected as the experimental group, and 41 patients with stable COPD at the same time were selected as the control group.The two groups were compared with IL-6 and IL-8.The level of TNF-α was recorded, and the expression of inflammatory factors in different TNM stages of the experimental group and whether or not lymph node metastasis was recorded was recorded. Results The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the experimental group were (186.73±0.92) ng/L,(298.28±27.81) ng/L, and (147.51±2.32) ng/L, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group.(20.92±22.67) ng/L,(45.47±153.94) ng/L,(86.04±1.05) ng/L (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the TNMII phase of the experimental group were (145.84±22.39) ng/L,(195.84±28.54) ng/L,(84.63±21.96) ng/L, respectively.The factors were (179.36±21.47) ng/L,(250.37±30.36) ng/L,(134.92±32.64) ng/L;the inflammatory factors in stage Ⅳ were (219.97±25.93) ng/L, respectively (375.62±50.67) ng/L,(189.73±34.82) ng/L, the difference of inflammatory indexes in different stages was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the experimental group with lymph node metastasis were (214.36±25.39) ng/L,(325.93±29.36) ng/L,(168.34±27.87) ng/L, respectively.(175.32±22.05) ng/L,(244.67±30.33) ng/L,(124.08±22.09) ng/L (P<0.05). Conclusions IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α may be involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer with COPD, and the chronic inflammatory environment of COPD can promote the occurrence and metastasis of lung cancer.
