轧钢加热炉节能改造及经济分析 预览

摘要 对某厂4台轧钢加热炉调研,了解其运行状况,根据轧线实际情况,提出更换炉体耐火材料、增设残氧分析仪、增设热值仪、整改调节阀、优化燃烧模型及二级控制、提高热装比、增加余热回收设备等技术方案,可以降低加热炉吨钢单耗。通过经济技术分析,得出单座加热炉需投入约400万元,当年便可收回资金投入,并且产生可观的经济效益。 The steel rolling heating furnace workshop was researched, the actual production situation of the heating furnace was realized, recording the heating furnace detection and control data. According to the actual situation in the workshop, point out replacing refractory materials, adding residual oxygen analyzer, adding calorific value meter, reforming control valve, optimizing combustion model and secondary control, increasing heat loading ratio and increasing waste heat recovery equipment is to put forward to reduce the unit consumption per ton of steel in the heating furnace and meet the call for energy conservation and emission reduction. Through economic and technical analysis, explains four million needed to be invested according to the above scheme. The analysis shows that the capital investment of the heating furnace can be recovered in the current year.
