摘要 随着云计算和大数据的快速发展,市场环境复杂性和不确定性程度加深,给企业运营和发展带来了极大的风险与挑战,尤其是对企业管理层面造成了严重的影响。面对日新月异的市场环境,一场针对企业自身动态能力的革新在所难免,但有关培养企业动态能力的科学理论体系亟待讨论。虽然自20世纪90年代以来,动态能力的理论体系一直在不断丰富与完善,但取得的积极成果大部分都是理论层面,并没有将策略科学地运用于实际的企业管理过程当中。针对这一问题,关键在于提升企业动态能力培养的策略研究,只有根据市场快速发展的客观要求,构建出创新的企业动态能力培养策略的体系,才能引领企业走向长期可持续的经营发展之路。 With the rapid development of cloud computing and big data, the complexity and uncertainty of the market environment are increasing, which brings great risks and challenges to the operation and development of enterprises nowadays, especially to the management level of enterprises. Facing the complex and changeable market environment, it is inevitable to innovate the dynamic capability of enterprises, but the scientific theory system of cultivating the dynamic capability of enterprises needs to be discussed urgently. Although the theoretical level, and the strategy has not been truly applied in the actual enterprise management process scientifically. In view of the problem, the key is to enhance the enterprise dynamic ability. According to the objective requirements of the market, the establishment of innovative enterprise dynamic ability training strategy system, can lead the enterprise to the real long-term sustainable business development.
