Objective to study the effect of individualized nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients in cardiothoracic surgery. Methods 112 patients with elective surgery were selected from May 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital. 112 patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing measures. 56 patients with routine nursing were taken as control group. 56 patients with individualized nursing intervention were used as observation group to compare the effects of nursing satisfaction and quality of life between the two groups. Results the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 98.21%. Compared with the control group (80.36%), the satisfaction degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference in the overall score between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion the application of individualized nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with cardiothoracic surgery and improve the quality of life of the patients effectively. It has important application value and is worth popularizing.
