Objective To investigate the effect of adenosylmethionine butanesulfonate combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods According to the form of digital random grouping, 90 cases of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosylmethionine succinate. The patients in the observation group were treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine on this basis. The clinical efficacy and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were observed. Results The score of pruritus symptoms in the observation group was(1.32±0.17) points after treatment, which was lower than that in the control group(2.46±0.27) points. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). The levels of TBA, ALT, AST and TBil in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Adenomethionine butanesulfonate combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine is effective in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. It is important to improve the clinical symptoms, liver function and pregnancy outcomes of patients.
