化学镀Ni-P合金镀层在低温模拟海水中的腐蚀性能 预览

Corrosion Resistance of Electroless Ni-P Alloy Coating in Simulated Seawater at Low Temperature

摘要 为了改善Q235钢在低温海水中的耐蚀性,在Q235钢表面化学镀Ni-P合金镀层。采用显微镜观察了镀层的表面形貌,采用X射线衍射仪分析了镀层的结构,并通过浸泡试验、极化曲线和电化学阻抗等方法考察了Q235钢和镀层在5℃的模拟海水中的耐蚀性。结果表明:化学镀Ni-P合金镀层表面的胞状物分布较为均匀,镀层为非晶态结构,镀层在低温海水中的腐蚀速率约为Q235钢的1/5。这主要与该镀层在海水中能够发生钝化及镀层表面较为致密有关。 In order to improve the corrosion resistance of Q235 steel in seawater at low temperature,Ni-P alloy coating was deposited on the surface of Q235 steel by electroless plating.The surface morphology of the coating was observed by microscope,the structure of the coating was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,and the corrosion resistance of Q235 steel and the coating in simulated seawater at 5℃was investigated by immersion test,polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results showed that the cellular objects distributed uniformly on the surface of electroless Ni-P alloy coating,and the coating was amorphous.Corrosion rate of the coating in low-temperature seawater was about 1/5 of that of Q235 steel,which was mainly related to the passivation of the coating in seawater and the relatively dense surface of the coating.
