As the saying goes,"illness comes from the mouth," since ancient times, our country has the idea that medicine is not as good as food. Good eating habits and healthy food will be able to effectively enhance the human body's physique and protect people's health. However, the problem food will cause serious damage to the human body. Food safety is an important proposition that our country always pays close attention to. For a long time, the frequent occurrence of food safety accidents has seriously affected the healthy development of China's food industry. Taking the vegetable planting industry as an example, its problem of pesticide residues is common. In order to ensure food safety, it is necessary to strengthen the detection of vegetable pesticide residues and complete the detection of vegetable pesticide residues by rapid and accurate detection technology, and avoid food safety accidents. Based on the analysis of the harm of organochlorine pesticide residues in vegetables, the detection technology of organochlorine pesticides was analyzed and described in this paper.
