贝类蒸煮肉壳分离组合技术研究 预览

摘要 目前人工海水养殖技术比较成熟,很多海产品都可以进行人工养殖,提高了海产品的供应量,海产品养殖用品逐渐增多。贝类水产品批量化传统加工方法是将贝类进行大口锅蒸煮后,再采用大量人工进行剥壳与取肉,劳动强度高,生产效率低。通过大量调研,逐步形成了养殖场批量贝壳类产品,双壳贝类蒸煮肉壳分离综合技术具有广阔市场前景和社会效益。 At present, artificial marine aquaculture technology is relatively mature, and many seafood products can be artificially cultured, which increases the supply of seafood products, and the marine products are gradually increasing. The traditional processing method for the batching of shellfish products is to carry out shellfish cooking in a large pot, and then use a large number of manual peeling and meat extraction, which has high labor intensity and low production efficiency. Through a large number of investigations, a batch of shell products in the farm has been gradually formed, and the integrated technology of bivalve shell cooking and shell separation has broad market prospects and social benefits.
