Objective To analyze the clinical effect of massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated in our hospital were selected as the clinical research objects. The admission time was June 2017-June 2018. The patients treated with acupuncture and moxibustion were divided into two groups. The patients treated with acupuncture and moxibustion were set as the control group.The patients treated with massage and acupuncture combined with moxibustion were set as the observation group. The clinical efficacy and serum-related inflammatory factors were compared. Ring the situation. Results After treatment, the JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the values of IL-6, TGF-beta 1 and PGE2 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of massage and acupuncture for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce serum-related inflammatory factors, which has a high clinical value.
