狭长通道障碍物阻塞比对烟气热分层影响分析 预览

摘要 为了研究障碍物阻塞比对烟气热分层稳定性的影响,建立1∶8缩尺寸通道模型,对阻塞比为0%至50%,纵向风速为1m/s和1.5m/s共12种工况进行模型实验,采取层化强度法对狭长通道内烟气分层状况进行分析。结果表明:障碍物阻塞比对烟气热分层稳定性影响较大,阻塞比增大,层化强度相应增大,在阻塞比为50%时层化强度最高,有利于烟气分层;纵向风速越大,障碍物阻塞比对维持烟气层稳定效果越明显。 To investigate the effect of obstacle blockage ratio on thermal stratification stability of the flue gas, a series of experiment tests was carried out for 12 kinds of working conditions with blocking ratio of 0% to 50% and longitudinal wind speed of 1 m/s and 1.5 m/s in a 1∶ 8 reduced-scale channel model.The stratification intensity method was used to analyze the stratification of smoke in the long narrow channel.The results show that the obstacle blockage ratio has a greater impact on the thermal stratification stability.The blocking ratio increases and the stratification intensity increases accordingly, which is beneficial to the stratification of smoke.The highest stratification intensity is obtained when the blocking ratio is 50%.The greater the longitudinal wind speed, the more obvious the obstacle blocking ratio effect is to maintain the stability of the smoke layer.
