内蒙古地区蒙古族单纯干眼患者与类风湿关节炎伴干眼患者的角膜生物力学特征研究 预览

摘要 目的应用可视化角膜生物力学分析仪(Corvis ST)研究内蒙古地区蒙古族单纯干眼患者与类风湿关节炎伴干眼患者的角膜生物力学特征。方法选取2015年12月~2017年9月就诊于内蒙古医科大学附属医院的内蒙古地区蒙古族(其父系及母系三代以内均为纯蒙古族)单纯干眼组92例,类风湿关节炎伴干眼组96例,两组分别做可视化角膜生物力学分析仪(Corvis ST)检查,Corvis ST检查包括第一压平时间(A1-time)、第二压平时间(A2-time)、第一压平长度(A1-length)、第二压平长度(A2-length)、第一压平速率(A1-V)、第二压平速率(A2-V)、最大压陷时间(HC-time)、最大变形幅度(DA)、最大压陷曲率半径(HC-radius),眼压(IOP),角膜中央厚度(CCT)。检测两组间角膜生物力学特征是否存在差异。结果两组患者年龄、性别、IOP、CCT比较,差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05),但类风湿关节炎伴干眼组的生物力学参数A1-time和HC-time较单纯干眼组明显缩短,DA较单纯干眼组增大(P = 0.01、0.01、0.03)。结论蒙古族单纯干眼与类风湿关节炎伴干眼之间角膜生物力学特性存在差异。类风湿关节炎伴干眼组患者与单纯干眼组比较,A1-time和HC-time缩短,DA增大。 Objective To investigate the corneal biomechanics of the Mongols in Inner Mongolia with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and non-RA dry eyes by Corneal Visualization Scheimpflug Technology (Corvis ST). Methods The Mongols in Inner Mongolia Region (all Mongols within three generations) were recruited at the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University between December 2015 and May 2018. They were divided into non-RA group (92 cases) and RA group (96 cases). The two groups respectively were performed Corvis ST to detect corneal biomechanics and Corvis ST inspection includes First Applanation Time (A1-time), Second Applanation Time (A2-time), First Applanation Length (A1-length), Second Applanation Length (A2-length), First Applanation Velocity (A1-V), Second Applanation Velocity (A2-V), Highest Concavity Time (HC-time), Maximum Deformation Amplitude (DA), Maximum Highest Concavity Radius (HC-radius), Intraocular Pressure (IOP), Corneal Center Thickness (CCT). The differences of the above parameters between the two groups were examined. Results The differences in age, gender, IOP and CCT were not significant between the two groups (P > 0.05). The Mongols in the RA group had significantly lower A1-time and HC-time, but higher DA compared with the non-RA group (P = 0.01, 0.01, 0.03). Conclusion There are significent differences in corneal biomechanical properties between RA group and non-RA group of the Mongols. The RA group has a significantly shorter A1-time and HC-time, but larger DA compared with the non-RA group.
