摘要目的:探讨舒芬太尼在对接受腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的患者进行全身麻醉中的应用效果。方法:将在成都市金牛区人民医院接受腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的65例患者作为研究对象。将其分为研究组和对照组。在对两组患者进行全身麻醉期间,为研究组患者应用舒芬太尼,为对照组患者应用瑞芬太尼。然后对比麻醉前、建立气腹后10 min、切除胆囊时、拔除气管导管后10 min两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、术后1 h、2 h及4 h其腹部切口疼痛症状的评分。结果:研究组患者麻醉前、建立气腹后10 min、切除胆囊时及拔除气管导管后10 min其收缩压和舒张压相比,P>0.05。对照组患者麻醉前、建立气腹后10 min、切除胆囊时及拔除气管导管后10 min其收缩压和舒张压相比,P> 0.05。在麻醉前、建立气腹后10 min、切除胆囊时及拔除气管导管后10 min,两组患者的收缩压和舒张压相比,P> 0.05。在术后1 h、2 h及4 h,研究组患者腹部切口疼痛症状的评分均低于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论:舒芬太尼在对接受腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的患者进行全身麻醉中的应用效果较好,能够维持患者血压的稳定,减轻其术后疼痛的症状。 Objective: to investigate the difference of sufentanil and remifentanil in laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia. Methods: patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital were divided into two groups: study group(sufentanil analgesia) and control group(remifentanil analgesia). The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of 10 min before anesthesia, 10 min after pneumoperitoneum, at cholecystectomy and after tracheal extubation were compared between the two groups. Results: in the study group and control group, 10 minutes before anesthesia, 10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum, 10 minutes after cholecystectomy and 10 after tracheal extubation. There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at each time point of min(P > 0. 05). There was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between study group and control group before anesthesia, 10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum, during cholecystectomy and after tracheal extubation(P > 0. 05). The pain score of abdominal incision in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 1 h and 4 h after operation(P < 0.05). Conclusion: both sufentanil and remifentanil can obtain satisfactory hemodynamic results during laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia, while sufentanil is in operation. The effect of post-analgesia has more advantages.
