老龄化背景下高职院校养老服务专业人才培养研究

Research on Personnel Training in Specialty of Service for the Aged inVocational Colleges in the Background of Aging

摘要 我国已经进入老龄化社会,建设一支宏大的养老服务人才队伍是养老产业发展的迫切需要。针对高职院校养老服务专业人才培养出现的职业教育体系与个人发展需求脱节、人才培养目标与岗位需求对接不紧、教育教学资源与培养需求适应不足、招生就业形势与市场需求矛盾较大等问题,政府、学校、行业企业应多方联动,从职业教育体系、人才培养方案、专业内涵建设和招生就业改革等方面提出对策建议,打破高职院校养老服务专业人才培养的困境。 China has entered an aging society and it is urgent for the development of the industry of service for the aged to build a large contingent of professionals for service for the aged. In view of the disjointing between voca tional education system and personal development needs, the lack of connection between personnel training objectives and post requirements, the inadequate adaptation between educational teaching resources and training needs, the con tradiction between the enrollment -employment situation and market demand, the government, schools and enterprises should link up and put forward solutions and propositions in such ways as vocational education system, personnel training programs, connotative construction of the specialty and reform of enrollment and employment so as to break through the dilemma of personnel training for specialty of service for the aged in vocational colleges.
