Objective: To analyze the application value of individualized nursing in the infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children. Methods: The children in a hospital were selected as samples and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the observation group carried out individualized nursing. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%, the adventage of dietary nursing score(24.15±0.01), psychological(23.68±0.48), cough(23.72±0.22) and body temperature(24.07±1.36) were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of personalized nursing, represented by diet nursing, cough nursing and temperature nursing, is of great value for the rehabilitation of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.
