Taking eight provenances of Rubus chingii from Xiapu of Fujian, Wuyi of Zhejiang, Pujiang of Zhejiang, Jingxian of Anhui, Suide of Anhui, Liuyang of Hu′nan, Dexing of Jiangxi and Yushan of Jiangxi as the research objects, the six types of seeds and fruits of various sources were studied. The phenotypic traits were analyzed. The correlation between phenotypic traits and geo-climatic factors was analyzed, and the germination rate of various seeds was analyzed. The results showed that all six phenotypic traits had significant differences between two or more species, and all six phenotypic traits had significant positive correlation or very significant positive correlation with each other. The correlation between the six phenotypic traits and longitude, Latitude, elevation, annual rainfall, and average annual mild frost-free period was not significant, but it was negatively correlated with the average annual sunshine hours. The seed germination rate was the highest at 49.00% in Yushan of Jiangxi, and the lowest at 2.00% in Xiapu of Fujian, and the germination rate was significantly different from other species.
