环境友好型聚氯乙烯/聚酯增塑体系的制备与性能分析 预览

摘要 选择了环境友好型增塑剂聚酯作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)的增塑剂来制备PVC/聚酯体系,以传统性能优异的增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)为比较对象,对比研究了PVC/聚酯和PVC/DOP体系的力学性能、耐溶剂性能、耐热性、电性能和流动性等方面的性能。实验结果表明:在断裂伸长率、永久变形、耐热性、色差、耐油耐溶剂性能方面,PVC/聚酯增塑体系均较PVC/DOP增塑体系低;在流动性和电性能方面,PVC/DOP增塑体系的性能更为突出。因此,PVC/聚酯增塑体系可以用于高温下长期使用的场合,在耐油耐迁徙性方面也可以替代传统的DOP使用。 This paper chooses the environmentally friendly plasticizer polyester(PEP) as plasticizer for Polyvinyl chloride(PVC),prepares PVC/polyester plasticized system,takes the traditional excellent performance plasticizer phthalate octyl two formic acid and two(DOP) as a comparison object,and studies the performance of PVC/polyester and PVC/DOP systems on mechanical properties,resistance to PVC system,solvent resistance,heat resistance,electrical performance and flowability. The experimental results show that: for the properties of elongation at break,permanent deformation,the color difference,oil resistant and solvent resistance,PVC/PEP plasticizer system is worse than PVC/DOP plasticizer system. In terms of flowability and electrical performance,the performance of PVC/DOP plasticizing system is more outstanding. Therefore,the plasticized system of PVC/polyester can be used for long-term use in high-temperature environments,and it will also serve as a substitute for traditional DOP in terms of oil-resistance and migration resistance.
