淬火冷却速率对42CrMo4钢风电空心主轴的影响 预览

摘要 我司某型号42CrMo4钢风电空心主轴调质热处理后,出现开裂报废的比例约为20%,本文针对该型号产品的问题进行了成分检验、性能检验、金相检验等。参考文献的理论知识,分析讨论得出了以降低水冷时间来降低淬火冷却速率,得到回火索氏体+粒状贝氏体回火组织+贝氏体铁素体条块组织。降低了产品开裂风险,并保证了合格的力学性能。 The proportion of cracking and scrapping is about 20% for a type of 42CrMo4 steel hollow spindle of wind power after quenching and tempering heat treatment. In this paper, this type of product is carried out a series of physical and chemical tests, such as composition inspection, performance inspection and metallographic examination. According to the theoretical knowledge in reference literature, it is analyzed and discussed that the quenching cooling rate is reduced by reducing the water cooling time to obtain the tempered sorbite + granular bainite tempering structure + bainitic ferrite bar structure, which the cracking risk of product is reduced and the qualified mechanical properties are ensured.
