呼吸机呼气阀的技术进展及其在通气模式中的应用 预览

摘要 呼吸机是临床救治危重症患者的重要医疗设备,呼气阀是实现呼吸机运转的核心部件。随着呼吸机技术的迭代突破,呼气阀在呼吸机运行有创通气高级模式和无创通气中起到关键作用,通过对呼气阀的技术进展、技术原理与分类进行讨论,结合呼气阀在临床中的典型应用,探讨呼气阀的重要性,并从工程技术角度阐述其功能的实现。 Ventilator is an important equipment in clinical treatment of critically ill patients and exhalation valve is the core component of achieving the working of ventilator. With the breakthrough of iteration of ventilator technique, exhalation valve plays a key role when ventilator runs the advanced mode with invasive ventilation and the use of non-invasive ventilation. This paper summarized the historical development, technical principles and classification of exhalation valve, and combined with the typical application of exhalation valve in clinical practice to discuss the importance of this component of exhalation valve in clinical treatment. And expounded the realization of its function from the perspectives of technique and structure of engineering.
