女院士成长经历及启示--以20位女性中国科学院院士为例 预览

Growth of Female Academicians and Its Revelation:The Cases of Twenty Female Academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences

摘要 从科学社会学角度对20位女性中科院院士的传记文献进行统计分析,根据女院士的成长经历分析其成才原因。除了成长地区的教育资源优势、原生家庭的教育氛围熏陶、求学时期的名校名师培育等传统因素外,励志超越男性的内心驱动力、求学时生成的为国奋斗意识、工作阶段的"伯乐引导"和成功女性的榜样示范以及人生配偶的协助等也是其成功不可或缺的因素。 Through statistical analyses of the biographies of twenty female academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences,this paper probes into factors that lead to their success.It is revealed that in addition to the traditional factors,such as advantages of educational resources in growing areas,the educational influence of an enlightened family and the teaching of famous teachers in famous school,there are a few indispensable factors:the drive of outcompeting males,patriotism awareness established during school,guide of Bole during work,model as a success woman and support of their spouse.
