实习护生职业认同与专科护士认知的相关性研究 预览

Correlation between professional identity and cognition of clinical specialist nurses among student nurses

摘要 目的了解实习护生的职业认同与专科护士认知水平,为护理专业教育提供理论依据。方法采用职业认同问卷和专科护士认知问卷对224名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生的职业认同得分(56.09±12.35)分,专科护士认知得分为(16.64±4.26)分。实习护生的专科护士认知得分与职业认同总分(r=0.389,P<0.001)、职业自我概念(r=0.256,P<0.001)、留职获益与离职风险(r=0.266,P<0.001)、社会比较与自我反思(r=0.246,P=0.001)、社会说服(r=0.173,P=0.010)呈正相关。结论实习护生的职业认同和专科护士认知均处于中等水平,且两者呈正相关。护理教育者和临床管理者需采取有效措施发挥专科护士在护理职业教育中的标杆作用,进而提升护生的职业认同感。 Objective To investigate the current situation of the professional identity and cognitive level of specialist nurses among student nurses.Methods A total of 224 nursing interns were investigated by using Professional Identity Questionnaire and Questionnaire of Cognition About Specialist Nurses.Results The score of professional identity was(56.09±12.35)points and the score of cognition about clinical specialist nurses was(16.64±4.26)points.The total score of Cognition About Specialist Nurses was positively correlated with professional identity,professional self-concept,retention benefits and turnover risk,social comparison and self-reflection,social modeling(r=0.389,P<0.001;r=0.256,P<0.001;r=0.266,P<0.001;r=0.246,P=0.001;r=0.173,P=0.010).Conclusion The professional identity and cognition about specialist nurses were both in the intermediate level,and there was a positively correlation between professional identity and cognition about specialist nurses.Nursing educators and clinical managers should take effective measures to enhance the role of specialist nurses in the nursing profession education,so as to improve the professional identity of nursing students.
