深水低固结软泥岩蠕变特性及其工程应用 预览

Creep Properties of Deepwater Low-consolidated Soft Clay and the Influence on Drilling Engineering

摘要 深水低固结软泥岩地层处于弱固结地层与正常固结地层之间的过渡带,研究其蠕变特性对于设计合理的井身结构及确保深水钻井的顺利进行有重要的意义。利用取自中国南海的低固结软泥岩岩心进行蠕变实验,根据蠕变实验结果建立了合适的蠕变模型。然后在此基础上,结合深水地层的井眼模型,建立了深水低固结软泥岩地层的井眼缩径模型及井眼坍塌模型。研究结果表明,低固结软泥岩的非线性蠕变现象明显,且瞬时蠕变量较大,经验模型更适合用来描述其蠕变特性。若钻井时泥浆密度较小,井眼在短时间内就会形成严重的缩径,从而影响正常钻井。低固结软泥岩地层的井眼坍塌具有明显的时间黏滞效应。随着时间的增加,井眼破坏区会逐渐增大,最终发生坍塌。 The low-consolidated soft clay formation in deep water is in the transition zone between the weakly consolidated formation and the normally consolidated formation. Creep experiments are carried out on low-consolidated soft clay cores from the South China Sea. On this basis, combined with the borehole model of deepwater formation, the creep model, borehole shrinkage model and borehole collapse model are established. The results show that the nonlinear creep phenomenon of low-consolidated soft clay is obvious, and the transient creep is large. The empirical model is more suitable to describe its creep characteristics. If the mud density is low during drilling, the borehole will be severe shrinkage in a short time, which will affect the normal drilling. Borehole collapse in low-consolidated soft clay formation has obvious time-viscous effect. As time goes on, the borehole failure zone will gradually increase and eventually collapse.
