缝线对不同刚度复合材料T形接头面外拉伸承载能力影响研究 预览

摘要 由于复合材料结构层间力学性能较差,结构设计人员往往采用缝线来增强结构的面外拉伸承载能力,但缝线的存在引起基体材料不连续,纤维局部弯曲等问题,导致层合板面内刚度及强度下降。通过试验研究了缝线对不同刚度复合材料T形接头的面外承载能力的影响,验证了T形接头蒙皮面外抗弯刚度较小时缝线不但无法增强其面外拉伸承载能力,反而会降低其承载能力,接头蒙皮面外抗弯刚度较大时缝线会提高T形接头面外承载能力,并根据试验结果给出结构设计建议,为复合材料接头缝线设计提供了试验依据。 Due to the poor interlaminar mechanical properties of composite structures,structural designers often use stitches to enhance the out-of-plane tensile load-carrying capacity of structures.However,the existence of stitches causes discontinuity of matrix materials and local bending of fibers,which leads to the decrease of in-plane stiffness and strength of laminates.In this paper,the effect of stitches on the out-of-plane load-carrying capacity of T-joints of composite materials with different stiffness is studied experimentally.It is verified that when the bending stiffness of T-joint skin is small,the stitches can not enhance its out-of-plane tensile load-bearing capacity,but decrease its load-bearing capacity.When the out-of-plane bending stiffness of T-joint skin is large,the out-of-plane load-bearing capacity of T-joint will be increased by the stitches.According to the test results,the structural design suggestions are given,which provides the experimental basis for the joint seam design of composite materials.
