蛋白酶与脂肪酶在制革浸水中的作用效果研究 认领

摘要 针对蛋白酶Ⅰ、蛋白酶Ⅱ与脂肪酶在浸水中的作用,探讨了2种蛋白酶与脂肪酶的用量、pH等不同条件对浸水效果的影响.以皮革吸水量、浸水废液中蛋白质含量、羟脯氨酸含量、浸水生皮的柔软度、黄心程度为指标,比较不同酶制剂的浸水差异,并选择最佳的原料与比例.研究结果显示,酶制剂能明显缩短浸水时间,当pH=10,蛋白酶Ⅰ用量占皮质量0.4%,脂肪酶用量占皮质量0.1%(蛋白酶Ⅰ与脂肪酶复配比例为4∶1)时,浸水效果最佳. Aiming at the effect of protease I,protease Ⅱ and lipase in water,the effects of dosages of two kinds protease and lipase, pH value and other factors on soaking were discussed. The soaking effects of different enzymes were compared and the best raw materials and proportions were selected by taking water absorption of leather, the protein content in waste liquid, hydroxy proline content, softness of the soaked skin and yellow heart degree as indexes. The results show that the enzyme can significantly shorten soaking time. When pH= 10, the amount of protease I accounts for 0. 4% of the skin mass, and the amount of lipase accounts for 0. 1% of the skin mass ( the ratio of protease I to lipase is 4 : 1), the best soaking effect can be obtained.
