A区块复合离子调剖剂调驱方案优化及其应用 预览

Optimization of Profile Control and Polymer Flooding Schemes with Compound Ion Profile Controlling Agent in A Block and Its Application

摘要 针对A区块注聚期内聚合物过早突破地层、油水井间形成低效或无效循环问题,为了提高A区块整体开发效果,对复合离子调剖剂调剖机理进行了研究,并对调剖半径、调剖段塞、调剖剂注入方式和调剖时机进行了优化。结果表明,调剖半径为45~56m,采用调剖段塞与聚合物驱油段塞交替注入、分层调剖、早调剖可获得较好的调驱效果。研究结果应用于7口实验井,调剖措施后A区块48口油井获得了较好的增油降水效果,平均单井增油2.9t,累积增油6640t,投入产出比1:3.71。 In order to solve the problem of polymer breaking through formation prematurely and forming inefficient or invalid circulation between oil and water wells during polymer injection period of block A,and improve the overall development effect of the block,the profile control mechanism of compound ion profile control agent was studied,and the profile control radius,profile control slug,injection mode and timing of profile control agent were optimized.The results show that the profile control radius is 45~56 m,and better profile control and displacement effects can be obtained by alternating injection of profile control slug and polymer flooding slug,stratified profile control and early profile control.The research results were applied to 7 experimental wells.After profile control measures,48 oil wells in Block A have achieved good oil increasing and water decreasing effect,the average oil increase of single well is 2.9 t,cumulative oil increase is 6 640 t,and the input-output ratio is 1:3.71.
