失活MTP催化剂物化性质与催化活性的关系研究 预览

摘要 为资源化利用MTP装置失活催化剂,采用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、N2物理吸附、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和程序升温化学吸附(TPD)等分析手段,对神华宁煤50万t/a煤基聚丙烯装置中MTP反应器不同床层下线的失活MTP催化剂物化性质进行了表征,并在固定床反应器上考察了失活催化剂的MTP反应性能,探讨了失活催化剂的物化性质与催化活性的关系。结果表明,失活MTP催化剂的比表面积保持较高水平,孔道体系保持完整,酸性较差且几乎没有丙烯选择性,分析认为催化剂活性损失原因以高温水蒸气环境下分子筛酸性位的不可逆损失为主。 In order to utilize the deactivated catalyst of MTP unit, X-ray fluorescence(XRF), scanning electron microscope(SEM), N2 physical adsorption, X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD) and temperature programmed chemical adsorption(TPD) were used to characterize the physicochemical properties of the deactivated MTP catalyst in the different beds of MTP reactor of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. 500 000 t/a coal-based polypropylene plant. And on the fixed-bed reactor, the impact of deactivated catalyst on the reaction performance of MTP was investigated. The relationship between physicochemical properties and catalytic activity of deactivated MTP catalyst was discussed. The results showed that the specific surface area of the deactivated MTP catalyst remained high, the channel system remained intact, the acidity was poor and almost had no propylene selectivity. The analysis showed that the loss of the catalyst activity was mainly due to the irreversible loss of the molecular sieve acid site under the environment of high temperature water vapor.
