Junior high school is an important learning stage connecting primary school and senior high school. The degree of students' self-development in this stage directly affects their future study and life. Therefore,promoting the self-development of junior high school students through various ways is the primary issue that educators should think about. Aiming at the selfdevelopment mechanism of students in Gaoling Town Junior High School,this paper makes an in-depth study from the perspectives of teachers' concept,students' subjective consciousness,school activities and curriculum system.
