地浸铀矿山蒸发池渗漏光纤监测系统研究与应用 预览

摘要 采用分布式光纤测温渗漏监测系统,实现了对地浸蒸发池渗漏的在线监测,达到及时发现渗漏,准确定位渗漏点的目的。该系统依靠先进的网络技术、光纤测温技术、自动化技术,具有数据自动采集、自动监测报警等功能;保证了整个地浸生产工艺的连续安全运行,避免环保事故的发生,实现了蒸发池管理的无人值守。系统运行稳定可靠,可为中国地浸铀矿山绿色环保提供技术支撑。 The distributed optical fiber temperature measurement was adapted to realize on-line monitoring of evaporation tank leakage, which can find leakage in time and locate the leakage point accurately. The system is relied on advanced network technology, optical fiber temperature measurement technology and automation technology to realize the functions of automatic data acquisition, automatic monitoring and alarm. The system guarantees the continuous and safe operation of the whole in-situ leaching production process. As the result, the occurrence of environmental accidents can be avoided, and the unattended management of evaporation pool is realized. The system runs reliably and stably up to now, which proves the technical support for green mining of in-situ leaching uranium mining technology in China.
