高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中盐酸四环素含量的不确定度评估 预览

摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定祛痘类化妆品中盐酸四环素的不确定度评定方法。方法:根据国家颁布的《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)第四章2.2盐酸美满霉素等7种组分和国家计量技术规范《JJF1059.1-2012测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立分析HPLC法测定祛痘类化妆品中盐酸四环素的不确定度数学模型。对化妆品中盐酸四环素含量测定过程中各影响因素包括标准溶液不确定度、样品处理的不确定度、测定方法重复性不确定度分析和合成,运用最小二乘法对盐酸四环素标准曲线拟合的不确定度进行评定。结果:当取样量为1.0g,95%置信度k=2时,测得祛痘类化妆品中盐酸四环素的含量为488.9±7.6μg/g。结论:评定结果表明,本实验的不确定度来源主要是由标准溶液不确定度中标准物质、标准物质称量及标准溶液稀释不确定度引入。 Objective:The mathematic model for the evaluation of uncertainty on the detection of tetracycline hydrochloride in cosmetics by HPLC was developed.Methods:According to the requirements of 2.2 Minocycline hydrochloride and other 6 kinds of components of Chapter IV of 2015 edition of“Technical Specification for Cosmetics Safety”and“Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty of Measurement”(JJF 1059.1-2012),to establish a mathematical model about uncertainty of HPLC in detecting tetracycline hydrochloride of acne cosmetics.Through analyzed and synthesized the sources of uncertainty in entire measurement process including uncertainty in standard solution,sample handling and method repeatability and used least squares method to assess the uncertainty of the standard curve fitting of tetracycline hydrochloride.Results:When the sample amount was 1.0 g and k=2(95%confidence),the detected content of tetracycline hydrochloride in acne cosmetics was(488.9±7.6)μg/g.Conclusion:The evaluation results shown that the source of uncertainty in this experiment was mainly introduced by uncertainty in standard,standard weighing and standard solution dilution.
