笼形低聚倍半硅氧烷在轿车轮胎胎面胶中的应用 预览

摘要 研究笼形低聚倍半硅氧烷在轿车轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在白炭黑配方体系中加入3份笼形低聚倍半硅氧烷,可改善胶料的混炼和加工性能;硫化胶的硬度降低,有利于降低轮胎噪声,100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力和拉伸强度基本不变,拉断伸长率和耐磨性能明显提高;轮胎的抗湿滑性能提高27%,冬季牵引性能和滚动阻力性能略有提高,干地牵引性能基本不变。 The application of the polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane with cage type structure in the tread compound of the passenger car tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,with addition of 3 phr polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane in the silica reinforced compound,the mixing and processing properties of the compound were improved,the hardness of the vulcanizate was reduced which could result in lower tire noise,the modulus at 100% elongation,modulus at 300% elongation and tensile strength changed little,the elongation at break and abrasion resistance were improved,the wet skid resistance of the tire increased by 27%,the winter traction and rolling resistance performance were slightly improved,and the traction performance on dry road was basically unchanged.
