酸洗板山水画缺陷产生机理及影响因素的分析

Analysis of formation mechanism and affecting factors of landscape painting defects in pickling plate

摘要 2018年6月首钢某酸洗产线生产的酸洗板SPHC出现山水画缺陷,该缺陷分布在不同热轧辊期,由两条热轧产线提供原料,酸洗后表面色差明显,影响用户使用。为了研究缺陷产生原因及影响因素,通过分析山水画微观组织、确定氧化铁皮成分,分析了山水画产生机理,此外,通过生产试验系统分析了化学成分、加热制度、炉内气氛等因素对山水画的影响。结果表明,入炉温度越高、在炉时间越长,山水画程度越严重,粗轧轧制速度的微调对改善山水画效果并不明显。最终通过控制炉内氧化气氛、优化加热制度、改善辊期排产等一系列措施,使低碳铝镇静钢酸洗板表面的山水画问题得到了根本性的控制。 Pickling plate SPHC from the pickling plant of Shougang Company recently arose landscape painting defects(M-shape defect)in June 2018,which were distributed in different hot rolling unit.The raw materials were provided by two hot rolling lines,and the chromatic aberration in the pickling plate surface was obvious,which affected using.In order to research the causes and influencing factors of the defects,the microstructure of the defects,as well as the chemical component of iron oxide scale was simultaneously tested to analyze the mechanism of the formation of landscape painting defect.Besides,the effect of the chemical component,heating schedule,furnace atmosphere and other factors were also systematically studied according to production trails.Results showed that the higher the charging temperature was and the longer the time slabs stayed in the furnace,the heavier the landscape painting was.However,the slight adjustment of roughing rolling speed had no obvious effect on the landscape painting defects.Therefore,a series of measures were token such as controlling the inside oxidizing atmosphere of the furnace,improving the heating schedule and optimizing the rolling schedule,the landscape painting defect on the surface of low-carbon pickling plate was finally controlled.
